How do you join an academy?( Football related)

Hi guys, im 14 years old and im thinking of taking my football to another level. After this Covid-19 rubbish, i want to join a place where scouts are present. My fellow UK footballers, or people who have experience, can you please tell me places where you have been scouted or a club you've played in where scouts have been present. But it has to be in East London. Thanks.
