I want to do Economics at university but I also want a strong understanding of Business and Management too.
Do you think this is possible?

Find a uni which does both, you may be able to do a joint degree, or in optional modules choose those subjects

As Cheesybread says: a joint honours programme would be your best bet here, and it's a common combination. You can't study two undergraduate degrees concurrently, no, for obvious reasons.

Many universities offer your desired combination of subjects. Below are a few examples:

Potential options in London:

https://www.westminster.ac.uk/accoun...cs-bsc-honours

https://www.uwl.ac.uk/course/undergr...=182&option=33

https://www.kcl.ac.uk/study/undergra...management-bsc

Options are a little more limited in London for that specific combination, but they do exist.
