My daughter has received an Unconditional Offer from the University of her first choice. Will the offer still stand?

Yes. I don't see any reasons that could prevent her from enrolling to the course.

If a university has made an unconditional offer then they cannot withdraw it. Any offer a university makes is binding if the student reaches the terms of that offer in its entirity. The only time it can be withdrawn is if a student's behaviour proves unacceptable like say Racism or Sexism or some criminal activity say class 1 drug use.
