I need help in improving my english vocabulary. What are some exquisite words I can use?

A good way to do this is to get a copy of “Roget's Thesaurus” and just chose 5-10 ordinary words a day, (big, lovely, hidden etc) and look them up in there, you will find some very interesting equivalents, or words with slightly different shades of meaning.

my way to practice is get your mum and dad to say a word and you have to spell it quick and maby use flash cards

I would suggest reading as much as you can and looking up the meaning of the words you don't know.
