I am an A level student who suddenly had my last ever day of school on Friday (due to covid19). Do I still qualify for a free prescription as I am meant to still be in full time education at this time? I ordered my prescription last Wednesday when I still didn't know (and honestly did not think at all) that school was going to shut and exams were going to be cancelled.

Yes. You are still classed as being in full time education until the official “end” of summer term. But you can always check with the pharmacy just in case so you don’t get a fine.
