I have linked a few pictures of me standing neutral and sucking in to show what I'm talking about. I'm wondering what the cause of this is and what to do about it? Can't for the life of me figure it out and I'm a physical therapy student.. I don't have scoliosis

Pls go to the doctor, maybe a musculoskeletal physician or an orthopedist. They are well trained and the only one who are qualified to help you with your situation.

How do you know you don't have scoliosis? That would have been my guess.

I have exactly the same problem as you, with bits of my rib sticking out. Reason for it was mild scoliosis for me. Shouldn't be anything too serious but go to your GP just to be sure of what it is
