If your 19 or under then childline.co.uk is always there if you need help, they can refer you to a specialist. mind.com also gives free online support to anyone struggling with mental health, and headstogether.org.uk and turn2me.org do the same. Are u ok ? My PMs are always open if u want to talk

Hey, thank you so much . I appreciate this . I am 17, can you explain to me a little bit how this app works ?
Also I am not in UK . Is there any way I can call another child-line available internationally?
The call didn’t happen I am not in UK

These websites let you talk to a counsellor online, or by phone or text (depending on the site). Childline is not available outside the uk but I've found a list of alternatives for people in other countries. What country do you live in? I'll send the link for that country's website.

Even if it’s not calling , I just need to ask or talk to someone who can understand... like a specialist . Just for a moment maybe not for ever
I live in iraq if that helps

https://mobile.yourdoctors.online/ is a site where you can talk to health professionals including mental health specialists.
https://www.betterhelp.com/advice/th...ee-counseling/ is the same thing.
Hope this helps
