About the same. I'm eating less in my meals to make the food go further .. but then eating more in snacks because I'm bored.

Snap. Not much less but definitely a little healthier
I’m not out buying snacks or the odd takeaway or preprepared food. And we’re getting much more inventive

How is the bulldog faring without his snacks?!!

Definitely more because I'm inside all day and not really doing much so make frequent trips to the kitchen, and also have to do home exercise or walk, no gym or swim

Probably about the same, a little less at times. Not because I need to, but because I want to ensure we don't exhaust our supplies. It seems the shops have been restocked, all our shopping came this week, but I'm not going to take any chances. I'm not going to the gym and walking 9+ miles a week so less need for food but still am feeling a little hungry at times. Still, some voluntary poverty could probbaly do us a little good at times.

Surprisingly, less. I'm not really having a breakfast anymore seeing as I don't have anywhere to go in the mornings. I'm eating a smaller lunch seeing as I'm not as hungry. I'm not having an afternoon snack either. Dinners are still the same. The other day I did regret not eating much as I felt rather unsteady so I'm making sure I at least have a yoghurt/small bowl of cereal in the mornings.

I'm stressed too by all this that's unfolding. Tend to eat on my emotions too rather than lose my appetite to them. YouTube yoga classes have been useful of late. Kept my emotional state stable and stilled my mind momentarily. .... Definitely effective and not loaded with e-numbers and refined carbs.👍

Less just because I'm not as hungry when I don;'t have to hoof it a couple of miles to work and spend all day flitting across campus
