I was in M5 for first time after passed my driving test. I was in the third/right lane for couple of miles.
Suddenly seen a BMW flashing right signal to overtake me. So I had to go to second/middle Lane.
Then driver overtake me and came back to middle lane again. And then i realized that's police when flashing lights was inside.
Then I noticed back of the car "Move to left Lane" Sign.
I moved to left straightway.
When i was in left/first Lane.
Police took the exit and gone off the motorway.
The reason I am asking. I got fear if police give me point or fine me?
Is anybody knows anything about that?
Thank you and sorry for bad English.

Usually they display a sign that says “follow me”, maybe they forgot to display it. I would have followed them if it was obvious they wanted to pull you over.

You should only be in that lane if you are overtaking. You were just driving in that lane which is why they told you to move over.
Have a read of the rules on motorway driving. You can be fined and get points for lane hogging

If they do, you will soon find out. Being a new driver isn't an excuse really, you should know the Highway Code if you are going to be driving.

There is no way of knowing for sure, they can still report you even if they didn't stop you.

Being a new driver is no excuse. You are meant to have learnt ALL relevant sections of the Highway Code, not just the bits you needed to pass your standard driving test.
Re-read and learn the whole section on motorway driving before you go on a motorway again.

They didn't display to pull over.
Displayed to move left lane.
Yes I know they didn’t display it. What I’m saying is that they may have forgotten to.
