Does anyone else wish they were American?

I wouldn't say I'm a materialistic person but just look at this. It's a complete joke how much cheaper everything there is and how much better paid they are.

For example the typical single American doctor (makes around 300k) could buy 3 of these

I doubt a married couple of 50 yo british consultants could afford a single house like this even if they lived frugally, lived up north and invested their entire lives.

Good luck paying for healthcare that you could get free here.
God no, not even at gunpoint.
I think their humour is funnier and getting good grades just means worshipping your teacher so they increase your grades. But I would have to pay £10000 in medical bills if I lived there and I am so afraid of getting shot so hell no.

mate, if you do one thing tonight please google "UK vs USA doctor working hours"
Things are cheaper, but they work ungodly hours with minimal time off. So things are cheaper, but at what cost...
Americans are just confused Anglos.

I'm glad i'm not. I like lots about america, but i can't stand its inherrently materialistic, capitalist culture
If you're are born into a wealthy family then yes, absolutely I'd rather be American.

If you're just starting out, the UK is much better, I hope to graduate to the USA once I have enough cash.

Expats can use the NHS at any time, so if you have a health problem in old age, just hop on a plane and use the NHS.
