I honestly could not care less

Food prices are going up.

Reply 3

Yes I noticed that the McFlurry price has gone up, it was annoying because I'm so used to them being £1, I can't be bothered to pay that 20p extra!

Reply 4

Hate to rub it in, but I paid 99p for one on Monday.

Reply 5

whoa mcflurry at 1.19 now????? thats 20% increase, wot a rip lol,

Reply 6

There is very little in this world that I care less about, TBH.

Reply 7

The Strawberry sundae's are the only reason I go into McD's and they are - thankfully - still 99p. The world still turns for me

Oh, Sub of the Day is pretty apalling, though.

Reply 8

Ooh I didn't think of the 20% increase. Makes it sound even worse lol.

Reply 9

I think I will go cry over this dreadful, dreadful news excuse me.

Reply 10

I thought it was only the specials that have gone up - i.e. the wispa, oreo, cornetto etc?

Hmm but my friend who works there was saying that loads of prices are going up all the time in Makkie D's!

Reply 11

wait, mc flurrys and sub of the days have increased  Nooooooooooooo stoopid inflation, thats just sad!

Reply 12

if you haven't already noticed prices are going up for everything :p:

Reply 13

If your best friend has a discount staff card and will buy you it for you when ever you go in then there is nothing to worry about .

Reply 14

Well until now i thought they were £1.99. So now I'm quite pleased that they're so cheap!

I don't really like McDonalds, I don't like to stereotype the place but it's always warm and sweaty and the whole thing makes me feel greasy.

Plus, the food makes me feel like rubbish.

Although, I do like the salty fries...ok contradicting myself now

Reply 16

ME! Its terrible :frown:

and the other day they charged me 5p for a bbq sauce! In the old days they used to be free...and if you wanted one of each sauce you got one of each sauce!

ALSO they now add on like 30p to a medium meal if you want a milkshake with it!!

Reply 17

So, people still buy food from McDonald's then?

Madness.

Reply 18

Stupid credit crunch :frown:

I agree! McFlurry = :puke:. I hate McDonalds food anyway.

£1.19 could easily contribute to the Carte d'or ice cream which is £1.69 where I get it from and IMO it's far more nicer too.
