Hello guys, I am an international student and I was exempted from IELTS exam in the Certificate of Offer form Oxford, but regarding application for the VISA to UK it is a prerequisite to provide English Language proficiency evidence. So what should I do in this case? Do I have to take the test or the University will support that in VISA application?
Thanks in advance

There must be a reason they exempted you. I would show that to them. i.e a qualification.
