Where can I find access to data for gender diversity?

I'm currently doing my research proposal, and I'm struggling to find where I can get information for the number of females and males on the board for each company? UK wise, as other countries like the US are able to access the S&P index.

Could anyone provide me an insight where I can access this information, rather than having to look at each companies annual reports individually.
