Plymouth vs Liverpool medicine

I am really lucky to have an offer from both universities for AAA but not sure which to put as my firm? I like the idea of both uni's and can't really decide! Anyone have any advice, it would be really appreciated? Thanks

I have friends studying medicine at both and I would say Liverpool. The city is a lot better imo and from what I have heard, the teaching is better as well.
