I know its an amazing opportunity to catch up and stuff, but i cant seem to concentrate without stress/pressure? Any tips to overcome procrastination

Same condition i think what would work is start working on nights instead of on day get sleep on day time.

I would stick to the same timetable as usual school days, it brings me some more confidence in this whole thing
