kcl portal

I'm trying to login to the portal to book accommodation, I've tried using my kcal student number, my portal number and my email address with the password that logged me into the kcl applicant page but none of them work. I've tried resetting my password but no email comes through when I press the link. I've emailed kcal multiple times but got no replies and I've tried phoning too. Can anyone help

Hey I’m having this issue too: I’ve used my portal number and it says I’ve been sent an email with a temporary password but haven’t received anything after 2 days. Your post is from a month ago so did it work or are you still in the same position?!

It turned out I can’t book accommodation because kcl is my insurance
