Why are you so keen, out of curiosity?
To call it game theory would be a bit of a stretch. You basically learn the prisoners dilema but call it 2 firms instead of 2 prisoners. That’s it
I was just randomly curious for some reason as one of my teachers briefly mentioned it before=)

I see. It's a very simple and quick concept to cover in class - it's a 10 minute explanation as it's fairly simplified at A Level. The most I ever got tested on it was a multiple choice question, and I once used it as a small point during an essay. Feel free to ask any other questions on the course
I included it in a 25 marker on oligopolies in a mock once. This was edexcel A
At A level it is the Prisoners Dilmena. If you interested in learning about real world application read David Halperns Inside the Nudge Unit. His team advised the 2010 UK government.
