Your "En-naoui function" Φ\Phi is the Euler totient function. So, if you want to do anything with this paper (such as submit it), then you should prove your final claimed result.

Thank you Sir for your opinion , but the Euler totient function used the product and is a multiplicative function , but my totient function , i used the sum and my totient is additive , and this totient isn't an accident i have an other article how i get it , just my linguistics is very bad , Whenever I publish a specific article, it is rejected because of the language
