As has been remarked before (often, and accurately), the male:female ratio depends entirely on the course that you are doing. Engineering, CompSci (to a lesser degree) and maths have a high male population (as can be said for many subjects where the focus is on adaptation, and new thinking. Many of the subjects which involve the repetition of information (medicine, sports science, etc) tend to have a higher proportion of girls.
Of course, if this is the deciding factor in your university coices, there will undeniably be more preferable choices (I can't name any, simply because I chose my unis mainly on academic prowess, so didn't bother researching the subject of "sausage fest"s).
From a purely sexist viewpoint, you are rarely short of eye candy.
