The nuclear mass is the mass of the nucleus. The atomic mass is the mass of the entire atom. What is included in the mass of the atom that isn't included in the mass of the nucleus?

Yes - and if you know how many there are, and what the mass of an electron is in u (given in the data booklet), it should be quite easy to get an answer to the question.
