You may wish to look at the Facebook page of the university you have applied for and see if there is anything on there.
You can also email their general enquiry team and ask if any group chats through social media has been put in place yet officially.

There's usually a FB chat for vet med applicants and then the separate offer holder chats are put on there for you.
