Small business owners however may not be as rich and are struggling. Although I agree that the NHS needs more funding you cannot also forget those who depend on their small business for a living.
How will small business owners afford to live then? If they're small, they're not rich

Nurses should be earning at least 35k after tax
Less people able to pay taxes once this is all over is not going to benefit the NHS.
