Hello guys I would like to ask you if someone knows if I can apply for the eu settlement scheme while i study online I have searched everywhere for this thing and i cannot find anything related about it *Im an eu citizen

what do you mean, are you living outside the UK?
you need to reside in the UK, unless you have a valid permanent residence document, or valid indefinite leave to remain in or enter the UK. whether you study distance learning is irrelevant.
