how lenient is lancaster university with grades?

So, my firm choice is to study medieval studies at Lancaster but the grades are DAB and i'm predicted DBB, my teachers saids I can't get higher than the two B's he's predicted me for alevel ,on top of that my GCSES were p **** so i'm sure that can't help things. How lenient is Lancaster with grades? does anybody know if the medieval studies course is usually oversubscribed? i'm really stressing you guys so any help would be appreciative , thank you : ) .

My daughter is going to Lancaster this year too (different subject). I don't know for sure how lenient Lancaster is on previous years, but this year might be an exception.
There will be a few international and home students that defer to next year because of the pandemic and want to wait until this dies down, so Lancaster will want to fill those places.
