Does anyone know if I have to have studied sustainability to work in the sector/if it is best? And, if so, which Masters degree would be best? I am looking worldwide. Thank you!!

I have a few friends who work in the construction industry who studied for an MSc in Sustainable Construction, Construction Management or Sustainable Design in order to specialise, so I do think it's pretty handy to have one of these

In which sector are you interested in? I mean are you interested in an engineering/construction perspective or in a business approach?

I studied Molecular Biology at undergrad so don’t think construction would be feasible. I am most interested in sustainable fashion but also business.

It sounds very interesting. There are sustainable fashion related programmes but I do not know if they are worth it since I am not related at all with this sector. If you are sure that you want to get into that you could do some research on that. If you are generally thinking about the sector you could also check on sustainable materials as a potential field.

With regard to the business field, there are many opportunities. E.g would you be interested in cosmetics/luxury business etc and how it could become more sustainable or in something totally different from your 1st degree?

Moreover, you could always do something more science/fashion related as a Master's and then get involved with the business part
