I'm going to include effects on the physical aspect as I don't know which parts of it you've covered.
Physical: triggers the fight or flight response (alarm phase, resistance phase, exhaustion phase). Thing about short term and long term impacts on physical health. Stress affects hormones which increases risk of disease in the future, as some studies have shown people with low mood had a lower response rate to treatment in certain conditions. There is evidence against this argument also, so you can discuss both. Stress can cause hair loss, weight loss/gain, can exacerbate other conditions like blood pressure, directly and indirectly. Directly via raising heart rate, increasing cortisol levels which affect blood pressure etc., and indirectly via affecting lifestyle. Some people who get stressed grind their teeth in their sleep, which causes small teeth. So stress can affect any part of the body. Stress affects recovery from illness and exercises etc

Psychological: Stress causes a negative mindset, it makes it harder to focus on tasks, it leads to inability to function in one's day to day activities, like socialising, being able to relax, being able to sleep etc. Stress can cause one to develop mental health issues long term. It affects one's personality. It can make them stronger by becoming more resilient, but it can also weaken them as well
