can someone tell me how the social life and facilities are in Highline building and Portland House?

I stayed in gardens house (which is right next to Portland), and in general, i'd say that as most events happen in gardens (people of portland do come over) - portland is relatively quieter in the social scene. Their common area is rarely used for group events, but if you have already established a friend group, the common room is a good place to get together and hang out! that was where my friends and i were every week after class.
