I am considering whether to invest in getting an iPad Pro so I can make notes on that or should I stick to making handwritten notes for A level?

For A level I suggest sticking to handwritten notes(you don't need an iPad Pro just yet). However, since starting university using Anki on my laptop and going paperless with my iPad has been a game-changer in terms of ease and accessibility. Its up to you, it depends on whether you want to spend the cash right now.
