Yes it is look what they said in the middle of February about the corona virus. Either they are deliberately trying to mislead the public to oppose trump or they just don't do their jobs properly; either way fake news.

Rather than resorting to this cultish chant of "fake news", you'd do better to work on your reading comprehension.

What has a passage about the flu got to do with Trump or your conspiracy theory on CNN?

CNN is fake news after the article made about Elon Musk's ventilators not being received by hospitals when they were and he showed evidence of it. That CNN article is still up, CNN exists simple to smeer people who do not agree with their political opinions or call them out on it. But then again, most news companies are fake news so its not surprising. Whatever happened to neutral news that wasn't directed by a political bias.

That passage explicitly refers to influenza. Influenza is not coronavirus.

The passage does not "explicitly refer to influenza", it is not just talking about flu statistics in the abstract. Its explicitly stating that the flu is more dangerous overall than the CCP corona virus. Which is fake news. By then we had the knowledge that this comparison is wrong so their is no excuse that "no one knew", this was also two days before Italy got hit so bad it went into lockdown; so they even had real time evidence. Yet they made this comparison on their health website of all places. So again either they didn't do their jobs at all or lied just to oppose the president. Either way fake news.

You're reading something into it because you're biased. You see how that distorts the words? You've read more into the piece because you want it to say that, whereas everybody else takes it at face value.
That says much more about you than it does about us.
The comment in the piece is accurate. It reflects reality. It is, by definition, not fake.

Or you could just make the point and stop wittering away.. Especially given the influenza comment is entirely right.
