I'm a 90's kid, so it's got to be Brosnan for me. Goldeneye is actually my favourite Bond movie. I was raised on the ITV reruns of the older Bond movies, so I like the more jokey/politically incorrect Bonds. They tended to pay great attention to the cars/gadgets as well, which I loved as a child. This is not so much the case with Craig.
In the older Bond movies, the villains had serious (if not comic) ambitions of world domination or mass destruction for profit. The villains in most of Craig's movies aren't anywhere near as creative or menacing IMO. Most of the humour seems to have been surgically removed from Craig's movies in an attempt to build "character". Casino Royale was a breath of fresh air, and much closer to Fleming's true vision for Bond, but I don't really care for any of the other Craig movies. Not really a fan of the whole serious James Bourne approach, but I realise that I'm in the minority on this, and Craig is liked by many.
I actually think when it comes to serious Bond, Dalton pulled it off far more effectively than Craig. Dalton was believable, and played a more hardened, darker Bond than Craig ever could IMO.
