Do the University of Bristol have Formula Student Team who compete at Silverstone? If so how successful are they normally?

They have an electric racing team ( https://www.linkedin.com/company/bristol-electric-racing/ ). I think they are a very young team who have just joined in recent years. And they aren't successful at all, at least when compared to teams from Oxford Brookes and Bath; both of them usually finish every season as top 10 teams. They also swap the best UK team title between each other.
