You may also want to try and contacting the university general enquiry team and see if they have any advice for you with regard to student support. You could also have a look at Bristol's website too!

If you are wanting to know about Sociology at the uni, you could try unibuddy, and speak to current Bristol uni sociology students there. If you have any sociology questions, let me know, I studied it at undergraduate and postgraduate (at Liverpool Hope).
