Relationship chances?
Almost graduated from university, currently at home self-isolating. Didn't have any girlfriends at uni or have sex, want to save that for a long term partner. Had opportunities at uni for both, decided not to have a girlfriend or sex. Would this have an impact on relationships in the long term?

No it wouldnt expect saving sex for a long term partner unless you have talked about this at the start of the relationship and they are okay with that then you're fine
