kings college London. A question directed towards political economy

In March I firmed kings college London for history. l recently took an interest in political economy especially the historical aspect. I wanted to ask students who study political economy what is like. is it more maths based or essay and theory based. any description of the course will be helpful. Also How competitive/popular Is the course when single or with history combined.

I also wanted to ask despite already firming my offer for history is It possible to combine them even after this as both share an equal requirement of AAA
