No point, especially with the current visa situation for the U.S. Unless you are a citizen / permanent resident and have easy travel and access to the U.S. and plenty of alumni there in banking you can network with, and can fly to New York for superdays (if they aren't virtual - which they have been thus far). Process is already finished for most EBs in the U.S. and BBs are just opening up for first rounds (i.e. networking has been conducted, target first rounds and diversity have happened / happening).
Could mean there is more places up for grabs for summer internships
