Yep, I had every subject with the 9-1 spec, except for Graphics which had the letter grades

I took it, had the AQA spec. Definitely enjoyed it, I found it quite easy because I was interested in it. Definitely easy if you're intelligent and into the sciences, otherwise it can be difficult if you don't enjoy the more logical and analytical subjects.

is there a pattern with science teachers being rubbish because mine certainly are?!

I am a logical person but it didn't fit in with my career choices so i didnt pick it
i think i wouldve done well in it tho

I found it really easy but I’m quite into that kind of thing which was probably an advantage. There were quite a few people in my class who really struggled but most of them only did it coz their parents wanted them to

ye i dont think its fair when someone only has to do a subject cos their parents forced them 2 do it
i mean, its their life isn't it

did you find history hard because of the long answers or was it just hard in general?
Hardest->easiest.

Maths (put at a 7, but was never really my thing - just didn't have the "maths brain" OR the motivation needed for higher grades)
Chem (one of my faves, just didn't come to me particularly easily)
Physics (had a useless teacher for the last 2 years, taught myself most of the content and realised it wasn't as difficult as she'd made it seem:rolleyes:)
Bio (by far the easiest science IMO)
Drama (practical work was fine and was overall an easy GCSE, though took a while for me to get used to the new essay style - kept losing marks as I always tried to approach them like an Eng lit essay, was apparently much more simple than that??:s-smilie:)
Business
Eng lang
Eng lit (would've been higher if I hadn't had issues with timing throughout the entire course lol)
History
Spanish (languages are just "my thing" ig)

Definitely not for me! My science teachers were all very good! If there’s a trend in any teachers being a bit rubbish it would have to be French teachers in my opinion haha.

Easiest

Physics - probably bc a lot of it is applied maths
Statistics - like maths but less content
Maths - dk, just always found it easy
Chemistry - just makes sense somehow
French - I guess because I have a good memory
Geography - a lot of common sense in the human + like science in the physical
Dance - theory is easy, practical okay
English Lit - loads of stuff to remember, but okay
Biology - I'd say my hardest science, probably as you have to be so specific and there's not much maths
Textiles - so much coursework
English Lang - exams are always such a push for time

Hardest

for me it was the amount of content that I had to learn, the long answers didn't really bug me as I'm quite good at writing essays
