MA IMESS at UCL or IPE Warwick(second year at Canada)

Hello guys!
I just received my MA offers: from UCL (MA ECONOMY, STATE AND SOCIETY: Politics and International Economy) and International Political Economy from Warwick.
I am well-aware that there is big difference between both degrees, one is concentrated in Eastern Europe and Russia, while the other is the 'traditional' IPE. One is in London, the other one is a just outside Coventry.
However, my main concern is about the quality of the education in the unversity, what would you recommend me considering the following departments? I have heard mixed opinions from UCL's School of Slavonic and East European Studies....

On the opposite side of the coin is Warwick which also offers a double degree option with University of Waterloo. Any thoughts on it ?

If anyone has experience from both universities ACADEMICALLY, please share it . I am looking forward to hear some good arguments
