Availing the Scholarship

Hey guys, I have received a scholarship fron Lancaster University. I have to submit the deposit by 27 April but I can't due to a technical glitch in their site. As the University is closed on weekends, thus nothing can be done before 27. Just wanted to know whether I'll be able to avail my scholarship?
Moreover I have already e-mailed the university and the concerned people.
