Any more ideas for what?

Didn't make many offers, people missed the grades, expect people to go elsewhere i.e. past experience has shown that the course or university is an 'insurance'

thanks everyone....I hope it's just not many people applied!

My uni put up the places for clearing on Tuesday - had they received everyone's grades by then? If so then surely the courses up for clearing are ones that involve people missing the needed grades. Oh wait but the uni can't be that obvious, can it? Omg, I'm actually nervous.

I made a thread on this and its explained kinda in there

Basically if there is clearing places, they are normally at lower grades, therefore take it as a good things

My course isn't in clearing. It's a good sign :awesome:

Clearing is a way for universities and colleges to fill the remaining spaces on their courses that start in September, so it gives you a second chance at getting onto a university course.

This thread is 5 years old and they have probably had the answer by now. I'm closing this thread.
