King’s accommodation, cancellation?

I’m really confused, the contract say if you cancel after 1st June you’ll have to pay a penalty fee of £500. But you get your results on august, what if you don’t get into King’s, surely your not gonna go to the campus then does that mean you’ll have to pay a penalty fee.

im wondering the same thing as well... im an IB student so I get my results in July, which is after the deadline for cancellation

Kings residences have this policy where if you don't meet your offer and do not attend the uni then you don't have to pay the cancellation fee and your contract is automatically terminated.
