My parent refuse to support my application

I feel so lost, I’m scared and sad right now, I already submitted my application , my mom has completed her financial detail but her partner he don’t want to send any evidence anymore(he sent it twice but nothing update) and seems like he don’t want to support me anymore. What I can do for my student finance. If I can’t go to uni this year my life will change in the way I’ve tried to avoid it to be (go back to my country to become a soldier) because if I go to uni I will have a reason to tell them why I have to stay in UK but if I can’t go t Uni so I have to go back which I don’t want to. So What should I do? He seems like he don’t want to support my application and we talk about it so many time but nothing work. I really want to go back to study
If your parents don’t provide the information/evidence required then you still get funding but a smaller amount.
