In addition, if you wanna loose a bit of weight you need to have a calorie deficit, this means u need to be consuming less calories than ur working off in a day. For example: if you burn 3000 calories a day u need to consume less calories than this. However it’s still important to eat enough. Eat till your satisfied not until full.
Stay away from red meats, sugars, any drink other than water, bad carbohydrates (pasta, white bread etc etc). Eat lots of chicken, protein, good carbohydrates and drink lots of water!

Well you will burn the fat off from that area because it’s a workout specifically for the abs

That is completely incorrect, you cannot choose where your body burns fat.

I think it’s important to note that losing belly fat/toning up- and even abs in general really- is done in the kitchen just as much as by exercising. Basically, you need to increase your intake of lean protein such as eggs, white meat like chicken and turkey, fish etc. Cut out starchy and fatty foods.
Combine that with the likes of those exercises above and you’re good to go! I do those supported cross crunches and you can definitely feel it haha x Good luck

No you can't, you can only choose where your body builds muscle.
