I am suggesting taking Criminology for my A-Levels, does anyone know any details of what I would be able to cover in it?

Hi! The course I did, it’s 50% coursework and 50% exam- UNIT 1 is about hidden crime and campaigns for change, UNIT 2 is about why people commit crimes (theories and you look at criminals), UNIT 3 is crime scene to court room (you look at the police, CPS, forensics and all that jazz) and UNIT 4 is crime and punishment (prison systems e.c.t)

Unit 1 and 3 is coursework and you get to bring in notes
Unit 2 and 4 is exam based

I’d defiantly recommend it! It’s really fun and was my favourite a level (I did politics and RE)
