Chemistry Unfair class test marking

I'm unsure of what to do as I feel some of my class tests have been marked unfairly for chemistry. My teacher deducted marks from my score for not attempting a question, and I've seen cases where I've written something clearly stated in the mark scheme but got awarded no marks. He simply said the answer was correct, but it would've been better if I included another answer, which I found ridiculous but I dismissed because at the time I didn't know these tests would be this important.
For chemistry students reading this I drew a reflux apparatus for 1 answer, but because I drew the reacting mixture with a slightly wavy line instead of a straight line I lost all the marks for the question.
Another class test included a 6 marker where we had to write the conditions, reagents and observations for every single reaction we knew and I lost marks for not including the word 'aqueous' (my point being he's not even setting realistic exam questions and scoring us from them).
Do I have the right to complain or take any action? Thanks
