I have to prove that one equation can be written in another form, i'm not sure how to get it into the form im being askwd to put it into, I'll post the question below appreciate any help

Since the form you aim for includes logarithms and the one you begin with doesnt, it is instructive to take logs of both sides and go from there.

can i take logs out of constants and if i can are there theor any different rules for doing so

log both sides and use the log rules...
log(xy) = logx + logy
log(x^n) = nlogx
