Well he did change history and is one the most clear depictions of evil in the minds of the public from modern times. I would be very interested to see what he was like in a one-on-one setting as well as finding out some of the weird stuff about his personal life like why he was a vegetarian, and if he was a virgin.

I don’t know why I would be comfortable talking to Hitler and not Jack the Ripper when the former is arguably much worse than the latter. I guess there is a sense of order and civility to Hitler in a twisted kind of way whilst Jack to me just represents pure insanity.
Come to think of it, I do find a certain Jeffrey Dahmer very interesting, although I doubt I could much more out of him than what he has already said. But I don’t think I would put him in my top ten to meet people because it would kind of be an insult to many of the great people of history to pick someone like that. At least with Hitler he played a very large role in World history and I could justify his inclusion on that ground. Serial killers usually are just pure creeps with no other qualities.

 Sure, if that's how you see it.
I just want to know who Jack is and his thought process, Hitler's thought process, Christ because why not? And Shakespeare just to get a head start for my Eng Lit class.
