Mature student, firmed Exeter, studying Law at the Streatham Campus! Incredibly excited and already starting to weigh up my accommodation options and sorting out my finance!
Any postgrads at Cornwall? (Sorry but I'm not reading 26 pages!) Got an offer for the MSc in Surveying. Would be interested if anyones done this particular course (not likely considering theres only 10 or so each year from what ive heard...) or in general if a postgrad who is moving to the area and will be looking for accomodation in Falmouth.
Going to firm exeter to do philosophy and political economy at streatham campus. bring. it. on. B-)

To be honest, when you're a fresher, fresher's week pretty much turns into a year filled with non-stop partying. At least that's what happened to me in my 1st year at exeter, lol.

Oh thats great :-) i heard exetera nightlife is prettt crap to be honest..are there many club nights??

There are enough clubs to keep you entertained and lots of great pubs/bars, so no, it's not crap.

It is quite crap, there are nights, but its very repetitive. Like I can predict nightclub music playlists. It's nothing like London nightlife

Who would go to Exeter expecting London?
On the plus side, you won't get stabbed.
FCH History & Geography at Streatham for 2012! Anyone considering Lafrowda give me a shout!
Studying BA History at the Cornwall Campus  I have an unconditional offer due to being on a gap year and have been rejected by my first choice (St. Andrews) so I am definitely coming down in September.
Received an Unconditional offer from Exeter today and it will almost definitely be where I end up going.

The Unconditional was because I actually finished my A levels back in 2009, took a gap year, did 4 terms of Mathematics at Lancaster, but then decided to change course so applied for Engineering.
Biological Sciences anyone? Unconditional recieved today  Gonna be old tho :frown: I'll be 21 by the time I'm there.

I got an offer of ABB for mechanical engineering yesterday. I really loved the feel of Exeter (both the place and the university) and thought the department looked very good as well. Any fellow engineers got any thoughts on the faculty? Not much data around and it's quite hard to get a good feel from a 1 hour tour!

Got an AAB for the new Clinical Psychology course. It's all very exciting; what with the new course, new Mood Disorders Centre, new Forum shopping centre thing, new library, the new accommodation... I feel like I'm on the cutting edge here
