All those waiting for accommodation offers, when I was in your shoes I didn't hear until the first week of September. It's likely not going to happen as quickly as you think.

And also I didn't receive anything from Exeter until at least a week after results day. It's only been two working days, that's not enough time to send out physical letters in the post, give em a chance!

Congrats on the offer, I'm doing Law too! as for the accommodation you'll get an email from the uni, or from UNITE if you've been placed at Northfield. Then you have 7 days to accept it and pay the £300 deposit. Got mine cause I had an unconditional offer, I'm in Lafrowda  just waiting to book an arrival time now! Where did you put down for your accommodation choices?

Ahhh, a fellow law student!
Thanks, this definitely puts my mind at ease, compared to my friends who have received their contracts and know where their accommodation is, Exeter have just left us stranded lol
I chose to stay in Lafrowda too! Next was James owen I think, I have a terrible memory lol
See you in september!

Haha sods law, you should hear from them soon though i reckon, they were pretty quick off the mark when i got my results . Ahh yeah I put James Owen as my third choice, but was lucky enough to get Lafrowda, i've heard it's quite full. But fingers crossed you'll get it! It's like 5 mins from the Law building haha. I'm so excited! See you in Sept

I'm in Lafrowda block A which is new. All the ensuite rooms are new ones. But in regards to which ones quite full, i couldn't say. :s-smilie: The woman on the phone just said that it's pretty full, but talking to friends that are already at Exeter they said Lafrowda is always pretty popular. Dunno if i hit the nail on the head with that answer or not? haha

I want to do Spanish, French and Italian. What languages are you doing?

Wow, that's exactly the same as me! haha! Nice to meet someone doing the same languages because apparently not many people take 3! Did you take all of them for A-level or are you picking 1 up from scratch?

+rep  thank you that's really helpful to know! Some of my friends have already had massive packages of information from their unis so I was a little concerned, so it's good to hear it's normal not to have heard anything! Thanks for the info about the accommodation as well, it's all really vague on their website as to when we'll hear! I'm keen to know if I'm self-catered or catered so I know if I need kitchen equipment or not, but other than that I'm fairly relaxed about knowing- all the accommodation looks nice anyway!
