So here's my update, felt the need to as this time yesterday nothing had been sorted. I applied for accommodation yesterday and recieved my offer today! :biggrin: Birk Grange, Block H, Ross House- if anyone else is in that vicinity feel free to add me on fb, I'm sure my names obvious^^ :smile:

I also got my registration info email and my welcome email today. I heavily mentioned my subject but DID have my security number, it's not obvious straightaway and is mid-way through the second and third paragraph. I skimmed the email 4 times before I actually noticed it so it's worth double checking if you think you got an email but no security number.

But now I have my accommodation and myexeter account sorted, so it's been a rather productive afternoon.

I'm kinda in rage mode at the moment, seeing as (thanks to the insane prices) I really can't afford much of their accom, and I'm guessing the cheaper ones go first.


The prices are insane aren't they.... :frown: worked out they get in just under half a million per annum per block in Lawfroda. Its much the same the country over with students being hammered for accommodation... to pay for all that investment I suppose. Oh well, second year should be cheaper hopefully.

Ah I got mine yesterday! I got my third choice too, ransom pickard and have been allocated a shared room which I'm slightly worried about but hoping it'll mean having someone to talk to straight away!! Getting so excited now :smile:

So what wristbands and stuff are everyone buying? Cause so far I've found the one posted in the link above that gets you into 7 events and the one that gets you into all the Original Sin events for £35. Should I get both? How fast will they sell out do you think?

I know its frustrating and maybe you can try switching BUT at least you are on the main campus. Sometimes people end up at St Luke's though studying at the main campus which is really far away!!!

pretty much the same has happened to me... duryard seems quite far away too :s although it doesn't actually show it on the interactive map thing. i'm not sure what to do....
