Hi all, I’m a 22 year old male and I noticed that I cannot maintain an erection without constant stimulation when I masturbate. It is quite easy to achieve the erection, but I go like 5-10 seconds after I stop. Is this normal? I’ve also been experiencing less morning wood the last week/ 2 weeks. Should I completely stop masturbating and see what happens? Maybe work out more?

Stop watching porn and ******* off for a while, you’re getting desensitised. Too much exposure will only make you hard with porn so when it comes to you getting laid, you ain’t gonna get hard without watching porn 😬😬

You've become bored with do it yourself. Maybe too much porn and not enough real contact with someone who turns you on.
I doubt you'll have any problem getting hard once you find someone to have real sex with rather than Mrs. Palm & her 5 lovely daughters.

Thanks I tried this, I used the generic version. Did the job great. May try some other ones they sell. Any you recommend?
